Upon reopening there will be changes made to ensure everyone is kept safe. It is important that you read through and understand these policies as you are agreeing to them when you book with us. For all policies please see the 'Our Policies' page.

You must fill out your skincare consultation prior to your treatment. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled. We ask that you answer all questions honestly and to the best of your knowledge.

We ask that you attend your appointment with a face mask and where it when leaving. We have disposable masks available for purchase at £2 as well as reusable masks for £5  if you do not have your own. You are not required to wear a mask during a facial treatment.

Appointments are now limited to 3 per day (2 on a Saturday). There will be 3 booking periods during the day where you will be required to book your treatments between. These are 9.30am-12pm, 1pm-3pm and 4pm-7pm (10am-1pm and 2pm-4pm on a Saturday).

There will be no extra guests at your appointments unless required for medical assistance. We will refuse appointments should this be breached.

Upon entry you are required to sanitise your hands.

No outdoor coats or bags will be allowed in the treatment room. There is a designated area for your belongings.

Please arrive on time to your appointment. You will be required to wait outside until your allocated time. The lateness policy still stands.

If you are suffering from COVID-19 related symptoms then your appointment will need to be rescheduled. We are now increasing the deposit transfer window to 4 weeks, meaning you have 4 weeks in which to rebook your appointment without losing your deposit. You will be refused treatment if you were to breach this policy.

The treatment room will be disinfected in between each appointment and the therapist will be wearing adequate PPE. As government guidelines may change, our policy is also subject to change so be sure to always check before you book!
